👤 Personal Wellbeing:
- How are you feeling atm?
- Do you feel the company is doing well in respecting your personal life and wellbeing with work?
- Do you feel heard and valued?
- Any recent interactions you would like to highlight?
🛠️ Work and Tools:
- Anything you would like to improve about our current tooling?
- What do you think about our current code-health and -quality? Anything you would like to see improved?
- Any recent blockers in your work days that we should address?
- What can be done to improve to be prepared well for meetings?
- Do you feel the whole team is moving in the right direction or are our efforts too fragmented?
- Is there anything that makes you feel less productive and that we should look at?
- When you develop - what's the biggest hurdle to overcome to ship something to production?
🏢 Company Culture:
- Is there anything we should change as a company going forward?
- Do you still like the frequency of our meetings? Anything you would like to change?
- What do you like about our company culture the most, and what do you like the least?
- Any question to any recent company meetings?
🏆 Company Goals:
- Do you feel aligned with the current company goals, and do you see how your work connects to them?
- Any particular plans you have for the upcoming weeks based on our company goals?
- Which of the current quarterly goals are the hardest to achieve and why?

- Did you give or receive any feedback over the last weeks?
- Any recent feedback you received that you would like to discuss?
- I want to get better at aligning the team on certain practices. Would you have any feedback or input for me how to be more effective at this?
- Anything in recent history where you now wish you would have given more feedback on?
