This is free because I want to help others to have a great experience as managers and being managed.
I do not use Notion, is this still valuable?
Yes, this first version is built with Notion because it’s a great tool create, manage and share content. But it’s not a requirement. You might want to try out the Template buttons and such to get all the content. Just copy paste everyhing you need into your tool of choice.
I personally just like the way Notion works, and it often clicks with how I think about documents.
Adjust the templates to how you like to work, and remix them as you see fit.
